In any case we do not provide, sell or share your personal data, unless it concerns the necessary to arrange the event where you are the participant of. Your personal data are being protected as much as possible, as if they were our own. The data are being processed only in EU countries which ensure the adequate level of the protection based on the decision of the European Commission in accordance with GDPR.

All data are processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. about the protection of personal data, as amended.

Processing of the personal data serves only to ensure your participation in our programs – seminars or coach meetings, then to ensure the effective communication flow between you and the company NEXT-L GROUP s.r.o., for the mutual exchange of the information in the form of newsletters or materials related to human development and other related topics. 

In order to improve the customer care within the scope of NEXT-L GROUP s.r.o. we process the data suitable for statistical, marketing and commercial analysis at the extent of fulfilling of the reasons stated above. Your personal data are used for informing about offers and services we provide or for further communication within our commercial strategy.

Application & conditions

It is possible to register for the program organized by NEXT-L GROUP s.r.o., hereinafter referred to as the organizer, on the website www.accelerateleadershipimpact.com, provided that the interested person orders the selected program - seminar. Each individual person then orders his / her place at the selected seminar separately.

The order is confirmed and at the same time the participant receives an email with the invoice with all the payment details for the bank transfer regarding the participation fee. After the payment is executed, the potential participant is informed about the receipt of the payment by email and the potential participant becomes the participant of the selected program. Furthermore, he/she has to follow the organizer instructions valid for the selected program – seminar.

Participation fee must be paid in accordance with the date stated on an invoice, but no later than 3 days before the beginning of the event. The due date stated on the website of the selected seminar applies also for the discounted participation fee (EARLY BIRDS etc.)

• Certificate of the completion of the program (depending on the program type

Participation fee does not contain

• snacks and meals during the program
• traveling and parking costs
• accommodation

Cancellation policy 

Participants can cancel the registration only in writing. Cancellation fee 100% is in place when you do not attend the seminar without any written notice. Cancellation 2 weeks or longer before the event starts is without any cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event will be charged of d50% fee. Cancellation 3 days or less before the event is charged by 100% of the cancellation fee.
